Miss Mary Liberry is a children’s outreach librarian in Colorado. She knows a lot about picture books, is pretty good with puppets, and knows how to make a fool of herself in front of preschoolers. They seem to appreciate it.

Kids who think books are fun are motivated to learn to read! So when reading to kids, be silly, have fun, cry like a dinosaur, and READ! But remember: Don't let the pigeon drive the bus!
